(TSX.V-DGO), (the “Company” or “Durango”) announces pursuant to the terms of an agreement announced on September 15, 2015, with Agora Internet Relations Corp., Durango will issue 100,961 common shares at an average deemed price of $0.13 per share Agora for services rendered in the amount of $13,125.

The common shares to be issued upon this agreement will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance. The issuance of shares for advertising services by Agora is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
